Larks Rise is a perfect place for a getaway from life's hustle and bustle with fantastic views over the Suffolk countryside. We are perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings. It is also a wonderful place for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. RSPB Minsmere is just 12 miles away. We are within a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive of Bruisyard Hall/Country Estate. The space This spacious one bedroomed apartment that is separate from the main house has its own entrance. The bedroom has a super king size bed and a lovely modern shower room. There are french doors with a Juliette balcony from the bedroom that looks over the fields and can be opened to let the countryside in. There is a full sized kitchen with induction hob and double oven with a relaxing lounge/dining area. It has wooden floors with underfloor heating throughout. Guest access We are off a quiet country lane and there is a dedicated parking space on our gravel driveway - should you need space for a second car that's no problem just let us know. You'll have your own front door and the whole space is just for you. The entrance has a small lobby at the bottom of the stairs where you can hang your coats and then it's up to the level accommodation. Therefore not suitable for those with mobility problems. A keysafe is available. Other things to note Our modern apartment is not only perfectly located for the Suffolk Heritage coast but also for the many other fabulous places to see/go to around here. Whatever your interests are you'll find somewhere to go. There are many historical buildings, beautiful gardens, museums and of course just the beautiful countryside to walk/cycle in. For the WW11 enthusiast Parham Airfield is just 4.5 miles away. It's a nature lovers and photographers paradise around here with many nature/wildlife reserves nearby. RSPB Minsmere is just 12 miles away. There are pubs, cafes and delis nearby and supermarkets in Saxmundham and Framlingham with farm shops notable Friday St which is well stocked with local produce including a cheese room a butchers and a fishmongers. Plus of course local wines/beers and other beverages. We are so lucky to have the all this on our doorstep but if you need to check in with the office/family while away our wifi is high speed/full fibre.
