Very convenient apartment layout as the kitchen area being separated from the bedroom. #craftflat The space *The rate is discounted due to the small renovation in the common area, nothing noisy. Perfect space for short and long-term travel. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140x200). The kitchen is prepared for some cooking in case of need; stocked with dishes, cutlery, and other cooking utensils as well as the fridge with freezer, IH stove, and microwave. You can find a coffee machine with complimentary capsules for your first morning, and some other treats. The newly renovated flat is on the semi-basement floor with small windows. During the hot and humid summer, you have a dehumidifier to use. During the cold winter, you would find nice warm floor heating comfortable to use. CraftFlat Kalamaja is located on the small alley called Tööstuse which is only a 10 min walk to the beautiful Old Town, easy 15 min walk in any direction will take you to a whole different side of the city including Lennusadam (Pier) and Telliskivi areas. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note ※ NO SMOKING inside the house nor on the window. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance are also not allowed. A penalty of 200€ for any disturbance.
