The newly renovated flat is on the semi-basement floor with small windows. During the hot and humid summer, you have a dehumidifier to use. During the cold winter, you would find the nice warm floor heating comfortable to use. CraftFlat Kalamaja is located on the small alley called Tööstuse, which is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Old Town, easy 15-minute walk in any direction will take you to a whole different side of the city, including Lennusadam (Pier) and Telliskivi areas. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note ※ NO SMOKING inside the house or on the window. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance are also not allowed. A penalty of 200€ for any disturbance.
