Your suite is the front section of a charming 1860 mansard featuring fine furniture, persian rugs and original artwork. Sitting area and dining table; one bath up, one down. Total privacy! Entrance is up a set of stairs by way of the deck, and through the kitchen. Two level suite in front of house, entry through kitchen; your area separated from kitchen by French doors with blinds. H you may use the large deck with umbrella table; use of refigerator and microwave fine. Present to greet guests, one of us is usually on the property - in the back rooms, or in the studio or garden. We like to give guests their privacy, but are happy to help in any way we can. Quiet side street, large lots, neighborhood has gardens, people walking, and architectural interest. Five minutes walk to a scenic water view, also five minute walk to village shops, bars, coffee cafes, marina, playground , library and restaurants. Lots of free parking. Great biking and walking area, free local bus, rent-a-bike in nearby Mystic, Amtrak in Mystic and Westerly. Kayak launches and rentals in town and nearby. We can arrange to pick you up at the train station. Small terrier on property may bark initially but generally loves people. Dog lives only in back section of house, and in the yard.
