Large villa on Österlen in a peaceful environment

Large spacious house (185 sqm) on Österlen with room for many. Here you live in a modern way with all the comforts, but at the same time with fantastic rural nature just outside the house. The location is secluded with nature close by, yet close to well-known tourist destinations. By car, you can get to most of Österlen's attractions in 15-20 minutes. The space 15-20 minutes by car to beautiful beaches between Ravlunda, Kivik and Vik. In the neighboring village Rörum (15min) you visit Mandelmann's gardens. Stenshuvud National Park and Kiviks Musteri are close by in the neighboring village Kivik (20min) Lilla Vik and Djupadal's beautiful golf courses you have only 15 minutes drive away. A two km long cozy gravel road leads into Sankt Olof where, among other things, the outdoor swimming pool (which always keeps at least 28 degrees), Ica and well-known café Byvägen 35 is located. From S:t Olof you can also bike a dressin to Gyllebo where you can then take a lovely swim in beautiful Gyllebosjön. In 20 minutes by car you reach Tosselilla which is Skåne's largest amusement park with carousels, large water park, etc. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Since we ourselves have small children, the house is child-friendly with, among other things, 3 high chairs, stair gates (upstairs) and some toys/drawing stuff. Here you can stay several families together as there is the possibility of 13 beds (1 of which is a junior bed) + 1 crib + 1 travel cot (infant) AC is available that keeps the house cool and pleasant during hot summer days. Cozy fireplace to burn during chilly winter days. Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 living rooms with TV + cromecast. Large garden with play structure, slide, swings, trampoline, sandbox, cube games, etc. Large sunny deck to hang out on. Pavilion with infrared heat if it would be a bit cooler. Note: Please bring your own shower towels, sheets and bed linen. Duvet and pillows are available for all beds. Please note that it is not allowed to bring pets and that smoking indoors is prohibited. The house should be returned in the same condition as it was received, which means that the guests carry out cleaning before check-out.
