This Finger Lakes cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway. Located on the West side in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, there are numerous wineries and breweries within minutes to explore. In addition, you can indulge in the foodie scene in Geneva or enjoy a beautiful hike through waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park. This waterfront cottage with 50’ of private lake frontage has incredible views of Seneca Lake and its amazing sunrises. The space Enjoy the outdoor and private 50’ of lakefront, which has a large beach with walk in water access. Outdoor living area includes large deck with outdoor eating and seating area includes gas grill. Also included, dock with sitting area, fire pit area, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddleboat, and canoe. Lots to do to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Time to clean up and head to the wineries no problem...jump in the outdoor rain shower! Guest access You have access the entire cottage. Smart TV is available. Some board games and books available for raining days. Full kitchen area for preparing any meals breakfast lunch or Dinner. Deck and Dock are perfect for sitting with coffee and watching sunrise. Deck off of master bedroom with additional outdoor seating. All linens provided. We do not accept pets of any kind. Other things to note The parking area is at the top of the property. You will walk across train tracks to the steps of the cottage. There are additional steps from the cottage to the lakefront.
