The space 3 Bedrooms - 2 upstairs, walk through one room to access the other, and a single bed bedroom downstairs. 1/2 bath upstairs, and bathroom with shower downstairs. Home is charming with lots of character. Great for chilling and relaxing with friends. Other things to note Know this home has lots of character and charm. It is one of the first homes in Pentwater so it has so much aging character that you'll fall in love with. Stairs are steep, and wood floors are rustic but adorable. Upstairs bedrooms require you to walk through one bedroom to access the other so best suited for friends or single family occupancy. Downstairs bedroom has a single bed only. You'll love the view for sure and you can spend hours on the porch enjoying the view.
