The space Firstly, the published price is for people staying 5-7 nights. If you are planning on staying longer, see below for special pricing. My mother Maria will be your host, and can tell you about the best places in Buenos Aires to visit, the restaurants and cafes where the locals eat, other cities to visit in Argentina, etc. She speaks English, and Spanish, and understands Portuguese and Italian. She will find a way to communicate with you no matter what! She can lend you a cellphone to use with a local SIM card if you promise to return it before you leave, help you plan get-aways to Iguazu Falls, Bariloche, "Estancias" which are located only 1 hour away, Uruguay, and more. Please note this is a drug-free environment, smoking is allowed only outside, and there is no heavy drinking. We want to create a healthy environment where guests can relax, and have a good time, while sharing their travel experiences with us, and being respectful of others. Now lets talk about the house! There are 4 Bedrooms available total, in a beautiful colonial style 3 story house! 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. House comes with a patio, WIFI, an amazing and friendly host, and breakfast included. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the lake of Palermo, the subway, River Plate stadium, Universidad de Belgrano, Universidad de Di Tella, buses and train station that connect to all of Buenos Aires.
