Double room in a nice house share in Berlin

Cozy double room in a fully furnished family home, all necessary utensils available, e.g. washing machine, bed linen and towels, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery and much more. All you need is your suitcase, otherwise everything is available. International guests are very welcome here. The space We are a quiet apartment and are actually looking for someone who would like to stay longer. Maybe you'll like us and we'll make a good team. Here you live in a very pleasant area of Berlin with all the necessary shops nearby, good access to public transport. You can get into town quickly, but you can also find peace and quiet after work. In warm weather, you will enjoy our garden. Guest access The living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, hallway and garden are common areas and can be used by everyone. During your stay I am partially on site and organize necessary repairs or tasks of the shared apartment. I am a supporter and contact person for my guests. Other things to note Be calm and considerate, please use energy and water sparingly. We separate garbage and try to live in an environmentally conscious way.
