House with quiet and sunny location for all needs! From nature lovers to city people, the DHH makes everyone feel at home. Ideal for couples or family up to a maximum of 5 persons. Rental during the summer holidays and on request. In about 10-15 minutes you can reach Bad Reichenhall by bike or car, in 20 minutes you are in the city center of Salzburg. In winter also suitable for skiers, in 10 minutes on the highway to the Austrian ski resorts. The space On the first floor, there is a bathroom with shower, a kitchen-living room, the living room (with sofa bed) with adjoining conservatory, which functions as a dining room and through which you can reach the small but fine garden. Next to the living room is a bright bedroom that overlooks the garden. A staircase leads to the upper floor with a large bedroom (king size bed), bathroom, small kitchen, bright living room with sofa bed. From the living room and bedroom you have access to the large balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Guest access The guests have use of the entire house.
