Other toddler amenities are available as well, including a high chair, a double stroller and lots of kids toys! The unit also provides several beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels!! The unit offers a balcony that overlooks Santa Rosa sound and the Santa Rosa Dunes pier! Other amenities include an Olympic sized pool, tennis courts, shuffle board and a fishing pier. Captain's Quarters is located on the Santa Rosa sound. Gulf access is a short walk just across the street. Pets are not allowed in this space for guests however owners are allowed pets therefore there are animals on the property. Please note that you must climb one flight of stairs to enter unit. Guest access Parking is right outside of the unit. You are allotted 2 parking spaces however overflow parking is usually not a problem.
