SUPER CENTRAL location (8 min on foot from Rialto and 14 from San Marco), CLEANLINESS and COMFORT ensured. The space TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL: - The cleaning, laundry and starting kit fee is not included in the price and will be collected upon arrival €75 per reservation - The city council applies a tourist tax that has to be collected by hosts. The tax amounts to: €4 per night per person up to the 5th night , €2 per night per child (from 10 to 16 years-old), children under 10 are not subject to the tourist tax. The tax will be collected at the time of the check-in in cash. -The regular check-in time is until 8:00pm. After 8:00pm, it is still possible to check-in with an extra fee, which amounts to Eur. 35 from 8:00pm to 10:00pm and Eur. 65 from 10pm to midnight. After midnight Eur. 120. -Infants from 0 to 2 years-old are entitled to a reduced fee for extra guests. Infants will only pay €10 per night due upon arrival. The apartment will be equipped with a baby crib prepared with linen, a small pillow with its cover and a small blanket. You will also be given one additional large towel. From MARCO POLO AIRPORT - Alilaguna Blue Line to Fondamente Nove and then on foot. From Venezia Santa Lucia TRAIN STATION or from the Piazzale Roma BUS STOP - you can come on foot (35 min) or if you have heavy luggage, line 4.2 of the vaporetto which takes you to the Fondamente Nuove and then on foot. From Treviso Canova airport - take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma and then you can come on foot (35 min) or if you have heavy luggage, line 4.2 of the vaporetto which takes you to Fondamente Nuove and then on foot. The official check-in time starts from 14:00 but at the same time we try to help our guests who arrive earlier by letting them use the apartment for free, if possible.
