Permit Number: STR23-04 Braxton's Landing is a beautiful, custom built Adirondack style cabin in the heart of the Adirondack State Park. It is minutes from Upper Saranac Lake boat launch, Historic Saranac Inn Golf course and all the park has to offer. The space Built by a premier Adirondack style builder, the cabin is a cozy and comfortable spot. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeping loft with a twin bed and a double sleigh bed. There are two full baths (with showers, no tub) on the first floor, one off the master bedroom and another off the main room. It is private, quite and yet close to it all. Guest access This cabin is in the heart of the lakes region in the Adirondack State Park. There are 56 acres with the cabin that are bordered by State land and miles of biking, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling trails. It is minutes from public boat launches on a number of lakes the biggest being Upper Saranac Lake. It is literally an outdoor enthusiast's wonder land. Other things to note By reserving Braxton's Landing you are agreeing to the terms set here as per the Short Term Rental Law in Santa Clara NY passed in 2023. Maximum guest occupancy: 6 Maximum daytime guests: 12 Onsite parking: no more than 12 vehicles Good Neighbor Statement: 1. The short term rental is in the town of Santa Clara and the renters and guetss shall be considerate of the residents in the neighboring homes. 2. Guests are requested to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. 3. Recreational campfires must be attended. 4. Renters and guests must be compliant wit the laws of the State of New York and any laws or ordinances of the town of Santa Clara.
