The space The Pond House is a private standalone farmhouse set beside our scenic pond with sweeping mountain views. You’ll enjoy the comfort and space of your own home while being part of the Sterling Ridge Resort experience. Inside, a spacious kitchen invites shared meals, while comfortable living areas and cozy bedrooms offer room for everyone to unwind. A laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. Outside, relax on the covered porch, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy BBQs on the gas grill with plenty of lawn space for kids and dogs to play. It’s the perfect setting for slow mornings, sunset evenings, and memorable time together in the heart of Vermont. Sterling Ridge Resort is located in Jeffersonville, just minutes from Smugglers’ Notch and surrounded by year-round Vermont adventure. Guests enjoy easy access to hiking/biking trails, swimming holes, scenic drives, and nearby ski areas. We’re also conveniently located near popular Vermont wedding venues for guests attending local celebrations. Guests check in at our Welcome Center and are greeted by a member of our friendly team. Our office is open daily, and a team member is on call 24/7 should you need assistance during your stay. Winter Travel Note: Vermont Route 108 from Stowe typically closes between November and April, making the drive to and from Stowe approximately one hour instead of 30 minutes. We recommend checking current road conditions during winter weather and traveling with season-appropriate tires. Distance to Ski Resorts: • Smugglers’ Notch – ~10 minutes • Stowe Mountain Resort – ~45 minutes • Jay Peak – ~50 minutes To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, outdoor music concludes at 9pm and quiet hours are observed from 11pm–8am.
