Our house is perfect for those who want to discover the island avoiding touristical massification. Ideal if you want to discover the island and the best virgin beaches ! The house has all the comforts of a modern home with the character of the traditional houses of the island The space Our house has been reformed using local products and recycling the original house and elements. We don't consume territory, we mantain patrimony and heritage and due to the majorcan water problems we collect rain water. All electrics are low consume and water is hitted with solar panels. As a host, I will ever explain which is the real culture of the island avoiding topics and other sterotypes. The house can accommodate 4 people comfortably. It has a superior floor with two double bedrooms with full bathroom. A terrace with lots of sun. The main floor has a patio for sunbathing, a fresh and well ventilated kitchen, with all the appliances. Also a room with tv. The house has a laundry room.
