An old farm renovated "ecologically", in the Périgord Vert, at the crossroads of 3 departments: Dordogne, Haute Vienne, Corrèze. In front of the owners' barn, who will help you discover these 3 regions if you wish. The space An old farmhouse renovated with organic materials. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a shower room with toilet, sink and shower, a living room (kitchen/dining room...) with a large stove that heats the whole house in winter. Upstairs there is a dormitory, a TV room and a dry toilet. There are also heat pumps for extra heating or in the event of a heat wave to cool the rooms. You can eat in the garden, use the barbecue, relax in the sun while enjoying the view (garden table, BBQ, relax), enjoy the swimming pool (from June 1 to September 30) and the games room with its ping pong table and many games (indoor and outdoor). There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage, you can sleep away from the waves. In the garden and in a dedicated room you can use the wifi. Guest access In season, from June 1 to September 30, swim in the swimming pool shared with the owners and another gîte (5 people max). The swimming pool is closed outside this period. The games room is at your disposal, you will find a Ping pong table/outdoor games/board games/DVDs/books... You also have access to the garage with its washing machine, the necessary for ironing. A trampoline for the youngest under the supervision of parents only; one person at a time! Other things to note You are 1 hour from Limoges, 1 hour from Périgueux and 45 minutes from Brive. Visit the castles, the horse capital Arnac Pompadour, museums, typical villages, caves... Take long walks in the countryside. Enjoy the festive evenings organized in the nearby villages, taste the local gastronomy and for the youngest go to the nautical base 11 km away to "ride the waves" with the water ski lift or to swim. Take a tour of the estate, follow the "belles dames" stream that crosses it, discover the waterfall and admire the landscape while having an aperitif in the setting sun.
