The 4⭐️ holiday home Villa Thea is situated in a very rural and quiet location in the small village of Kilianshof am Kreuzberg in the heart of the Bavarian Rhön. Ideal for up to 8 people, max. 13 people, 170 m² apartment, 1000 m² property. 4.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, floor heating, Wi-Fi, large Kitchen, wood-burning stove, gas grill, small Garden sauna, pool, trampoline The idyllic, large garden under old trees and the panoramic view of the southern Rhön are unique. Pure nature & relaxation! The space The detached house has 4.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious, very well-equipped kitchen, a lot of open hallway and a large, bright living room with dining area, sofa corner, sofa bed and TV, wood-burning stove, piano and direct access to the garden. Guest access You are renting Villa Thea for exclusive use. The caretaker stops by regularly, especially in winter because of the heating. The large garden and the outdoor area are maintained depending on the weather, sometimes daily. Other things to note - We make the beds for you according to the number of people as a double room by default, i.e. one bedroom for 2 people, 2 bedrooms for 3-4 people, 3 bedrooms for 5-6 people, etc. Let me know with the booking if ✓ you prefer to bring your own bed linen. ✓ you need 2 single beds instead of the double beds. ✓ you want an extra room (possibly for a surcharge). - 3 towels are available for each guest. You must bring pool towels for the pool and for the swimming pool. The pool season usually starts at the beginning of June, depending on the weather, and ends at the end of August - subject to change. - Our small garden sauna is available all year round. You can borrow sauna towels and bathrobes from us. Please note the sauna rules. - Rule of thumb: Bring what you consume. - Smoking is not allowed in the house. In the garden, please use the ashtrays. - The garden is maintained all year round and even when the house is occupied. Of course, we take our guests into consideration.
