Fantastic quiet location in the immediate vicinity of Sanssouci Palace

Spend a few wonderful days in one of the most popular cities in Germany! The quiet, bright and near the park Sanssouci apartment is located in a historic city villa on the garden level. In the garden there is a seating area and a barbecue area. Our special service for our guests is free WiFi in all rooms. The living room is equipped with a television, music system, bookshelf and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen is comfortable with a washing machine incl. Equipped dryer and dishwasher. In summer on hot days, the apartment is well tempered. The city center of Potsdam can be easily reached in 10 minutes. Many small exclusive retailers sell regional products here and the individual boutiques also have special goods outside the big chains. In a 5-10 m walk you can reach the historic Winzerberg and Sanssouci Palace. The Bornstedt Krongut and Ruinenberg are also within walking distance. A trip by bike is a highlight at any time, because the bike paths in Potsdam and the surrounding area are perfectly developed even for racing bikes! Parking directly in front of the apartment is only for residents (loading and unloading is of course possible). In the area surrounding the apartment (approx. 15 minutes' walk) there is a parking garage for a fee.
