Ceiling fans (living room/bedrooms). In the en-suite, 1 bed (double) + 1 (single). In the other bedroom, 2 double beds (single). Sun umbrella and beach chairs. One (1) covered parking space. Wi-Fi and cable TV, basic plan. In compliance with the condominium agreement, we limit access to 5 people of any age and 3 children up to 10 years old. The space Approximately 100 m², 16th floor - Balcony overlooking the beach and rooms overlooking the high seas. Close to the famous sea turtles of Asturias. IMPORTANT - After making the reservation, a seasonal lease agreement will be sent. ATTENTION - We do not provide layettes. The renter must bring face and bath towels, as well as bed linens, including pillowcases. Only quilts are kept on the beds, as in the photos. Guest access The building has two entrances. Pedestrians by Av. Gal. Monteiro de Barros (Waterfront). Vehicles (and vehicles only) on Rua Costa Esmeralda. We have only one parking space (covered, automatic gate, 3rd floor). When I go with the family, I leave the second car on Rua Costa Esmeralda near our vehicle entrance. It's a small cul-de-sac with little movement. On this street, there are three high-end condominiums, which favors us in terms of security. We have never had any problems, however we are not responsible for vehicles outside the condominium. There is no parking nearby. We will provide detailed information about the apartment and the region. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Other things to note For everyone's safety, when the keys are removed, identification bracelets will be provided to guests. The use of such bracelets is a constant requirement in the condominium's bylaws, so it is mandatory. Unfortunately, our condominium does not allow pets in vacation rentals. The common areas of the building are monitored by cameras. There are no cameras inside the property. ATTENTION - WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINEN. FACE AND BATH TOWELS, AS WELL AS BEDDING, INCLUDING PILLOWCASES, MUST BE BROUGHT BY THE RENTERS.
