Our neighborhood is close to unlimited outdoor adventure in the Front Range, such as hiking, climbing, trail running, skiing/snowboarding, and water sports. Our home is a multi-level home in a well maintained and safe neighborhood. Grocery stores, malls, golf resorts, and lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance (400ft) to trails with panoramic mt. views, 1 mile from lake, 4 miles from I-36 making it easy access to Boulder (~15min) and Denver (~20min), 35 min from Denver Int'l Airport. The space Mountain views from your clean and comfortable queen bedroom, a large closet, and private full bath. Your private space is on the second level with a locking entry. You will have lots of space all to yourself as well as shared space downstairs. Guest access You will have access to our Keurig for coffee and tea (provided), kitchen with fridge, microwave, blender, toaster for use, laundry with new washer and dryer, living room with HD TV and Netflix and cable, and free Wi-Fi. Easy access with a code for our front door. During your stay We are a friendly and outgoing couple, and are glad to offer advice on the area.
