The space The top level has 3 bedrooms (1st BR has 2 twin beds, 2nd BR has 1 Queen bed and 3rd BR has a full size bed and a futon) and 1 bath, the main level host living room, dining room, kitchen and eat in area along with washer and dryer and half bath, the lower level has 2 more bedrooms (4th BR has 1 queen bed and 5th BR has 1 full bed) a living room with a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a full bath.
