The neighbor's cats are walking around in the garden. The space Ideally located in Mouleydier, close to shops and the towpath (you have direct access 30 m from the apartment), you will have a very pleasant stay. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story townhouse. It has a beautiful garden (with views of the Dordogne) arranged and equipped so that you can enjoy it and relax at any time of the day. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. If the room does not have a window, it nevertheless benefits from the outside light of the kitchen window because it is located in its extension. Note (for people with reduced mobility) that the toilet and shower room are upstairs. Can be suitable for a family (baby bed and sofa convertible to 120/190). However, in the garden there are no protections at the stairs and low walls. So the responsibility of children lies entirely with the parents. Access to the 2nd small garden is prohibited for children. Because of the 0.70 cm high wall without protections. The low wall overlooks the Dordogne by about 8 m. Free parking in front of the apartment and independent entrance with key box. Guest access Access to the listing is through an independent rounded green door which is a adjoining passage. For self entry there is a key box on the right of this door. The rules of respect are: Please lock the door that opens onto the street using the key. For people wishing to come with animals, you can request it directly from me. Cleaning is to be expected when you leave the accommodation with also taking out the garbage. There are containers behind Mouleydier's post office (40m from the apartment) The linen used ( duvet cover, bed sheet, pillowcases towels, tea towels) can be put in the basket that is in the bedroom . ⚠️Info for rental price ⚠️ As for the rental price, remember that the site takes a margin that remains quite substantial.
