A 29 sqm studio with a kitchen and a mini-balcony on the 8th floor in an apartment building (11 floors) for 1-4 guests in Adler, Kurortny Gorodok district. Swimming pool with heated sea water, Chkalovsky and Prichal beaches are within a 10-minute walk. Nearby: • Oceanarium (600 m) • Izvestia railway station (1 km) • Dolphinarium (1 km) By car: • 20 min from the airport • 15 min from Adler railway station • 20 min to Sochi and Imeretinka By train from Izvestia station: • 40 min to Krasnaya Polyana • 30 min to Sochi The space Bedding, linen and a set of towels are provided for each guest. On the day of arrival we leave: • tea bags, natural coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, sunflower oil; • hygiene products, toilet paper, necessary household chemicals. The tap water is safe to drink, and there is a water filter. Guest access The 50 Shades studio is located in the 11-storey Malibu residential building at the entrance to Adler. There is paid parking in front of the house (on request, subject to availability). There is no yard. The house has two elevators, each floor is equipped with a fire extinguisher, the apartments have a smoke detector. Other things to note We have arranged self check-in. We do not meet guests. The nearest 24/7 supermarket is 300 m away.
