Zaara Cozy Terrace House was built in 1890, amongst the historic part of Newcastle and 2 minutes walk to the beach. It has been left in original condition and offers some unique features, such as original wide polished floor boards, original claw foot bath. The space Zaara Cozy Terrace is in an ideal holiday location, in the heart of Newcastle's historic east-end and 2 minutes walk to Newcastle Beach. There are parks with BBQs, cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The house is on two levels with the two bedrooms up some original but steep stairs ( if you have accessibility issues the staircase may be an issue). The back bedroom has a queen size bed which opens onto a covered deck. The front bedroom also has a queen bed and opens onto the sunroom. The street level has the lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. There is a small courtyard at the back. Guest access House comes with: TV, full kitchen (no dishwasher), outdoor setting, linen and Wifi. There is no air conditioning.
