This beautiful cottage-style bungalow has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bath. This home has been completely renovated and is located on its own 1 acre plot with private parking and is part of a larger 20 acre farm. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of the birds, seeing other wildlife and a wooded walking trail beside a rocky stream in your own private get-a-way. The space The large gravel parking area is perfect if you plan to bring a boat to enjoy Lake Jacomo or Longview Lake, or have multiple vehicles. Some of the amenities are a large open kitchen with granite countertops, a washer and dryer, private sitting areas, games, puzzles and a toy/play closet along with a reading nook. Outside there is a large shaded patio, surrounded by tea roses, with a firepit and a propane grill available to our guests. There is wifi available and also TV in the living room with roku. Guest access The entire house, adjacent woods, and path through the fields are accessible to our guests. Other things to note -We allow up to 4 guests. We do not allow any parties or gatherings higher than the 4 guests without permission. -We do not allow any pets as we want to keep the property pet-free. There will be a fine charged for breaking the rules.
