In a lovely residential neighborhood in Century City, located 5 mins from the famous Beverly Hills (or around mins if walking)! Close to Century City mall and West-side Pavilion Mall. Also near Fox Studios! Close to the beaches of Santa Monica, Venice or Malibu too! The Getty museum is only 3 miles away! Plenty of yummy restaurants steps away and the movie theater! It is located in a quiet and desirable neighborhood, close to the park and to Rancho Golf Course. The Studio has its own entrance with a French doors opening into a private patio, which is perfect to have breakfast or sit down work and read. It has a very nice Bathroom and Kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dining area, sitting area with ample closets. WiFi, TV and full kitchen is available. Easy access to the 10 FWY The space A private studio in a central quiet and safe neighborhood in the westside. It is close to Westwood village, Santa Monica, Culver City and Beverly Hills, walking distance to Sony studios and Fox studios. There is free parking on the street. Please note that this place does not accommodate pets.
