The cottage offers 5 rooms with 5 private bathrooms. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for communal dining. There is also a large, pleasant social space with a fireplace, ideal for meetings and relaxation. Outside you will find a fireplace + outdoor kitchen with 2 grills, ideal for dining under the stars. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests with the possibility of extra beds (for more than 16 people, a surcharge is charged) The space - large lounge for 24 people (TV - projector - board games, darts - etc.) - 4 rooms with 4 beds (each with shower + toilet + kitchenette) - 1 room with 2 beds (+ toilet and shower) - large kitchen for shared cooking (dishwasher + all cooking and dining equipment) 2x fridge with freezer - outdoor fireplace + outdoor kitchen + grill - by agreement, it is possible to use ECO - wellness - Outdoor hot tub jacuzzi for 6-8 people! - only when renting both cottages! (for a fee) Guest access Complete access to the entire cottage and surroundings Free parking for 4 cars at the cottage. The last 100m to the cottage is a dirt forest road. Other things to note the maximum number of people accommodated on beds is 20 (over 16 people for an extra fee) (24 beds is the maximum when renting the second cottage) Accommodation with dogs is possible only by mutual agreement and for a fee of 100 CZK/day (paid on the spot)
