This roomy and welcoming home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, modern granite counter kitchen and spacious family room. A short walk to Newbury Harbor with docks and small beach on Lake Sunapee. Less than 10 Minutes to Mount Sunapee skiing and Lake Sunapee State Beach. The space Spacious great room and open kitchen/dining area for meals and games. Three well furnished bedrooms with air conditioning. Guest access Guests have access to the full house including wifi, and patio with outdoor fire pit. Other things to note Winter-My home is heated with pellet stoves. If you have asthma this may be an issue for you. Also the pellet stoves require being filled once a day. If you are not comfortable with this please do not reserve my home. There are ample pellets at the house. Lastly- my home is pet friendly. My cleaner does a great job, but if you have pet allergies you may not want to rent my home. Parking - One space in the garage, three in driveway, and additional in cul de sac across the street. Accessibility- The home is three levels, you will enter in the garage. If stairs are an issue this may not be the rental for you.
