It is in a calm and quiet atmosphere that you can enjoy the song of the birds, stroll or fish at the edge of the ponds, enjoy walks in the heart of nature or even see peacocks, geese, chickens, cows, ponies... LES LOGIS DE L'OUMOIS welcome you ALL YEAR ROUND and offer: 2 COTTAGES, GUEST ROOMS for 4 people, 10 MOBILE HOMES, family CAMPING**, RESIDENTIAL PARK and ROOM RENTAL with views of bodies of water. 4-person cottage: equipped kitchen, TV, 2 bedrooms (1st with a 140 bed; 2nd with a double sofa bed (lounge possible), bathroom, toilet, terrace, garden furniture. 6-person cottage: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV, 2 bedrooms separated by removable partitions with a 140 bed in each bedroom, bathroom, toilet, terrace, garden furniture. We are located 100 m from Lake Verdon (280 ha), 3 km from Oriental Park and Colbert vegetable garden, 10 km from Lake Ribou (80 ha) and Cholet, 25 km from Puy du Fou, 40 km from Doué la Fontaine Zoo, mushroom farms, troglodytes, Coteaux du Layon, 60 km from Terra Botanica. Guest access In the countryside, you will have free access to our bodies of water where you can fish, take nice boat rides, canoes, pedal boats. These activities are free. A games room is also available to our vacationers with billiards, foosball, wooden games, ping pong table. We haven't forgotten the 2 inflatable structures, the trampoline, a multi-sports ground and our great treasure hunt around the bodies of water!!! Other things to note We are 3 km from the pretty Oriental Park of Maulévrier and the Colbert vegetable garden. During the summer period, we rent our cottages and mobile homes by the week from Saturday to Saturday except at the last minute. Feel free to ask us! For your information, sheets and towels are not provided. We recommend that you also provide cleaning and household products such as dishwashing products, sponge, dish towel, but in case you forget, we can lend you some. Additional information: During the autumn/winter period, we ask for a surcharge due to the electricity consumption related to heating. During the summer period, we offer to deliver breads and pastries to you on order! Food trucks will be present on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays!!
