100m2 apt for 8 people and a great view

Welcome to our beautiful 3* apartment in Podstrana, 10 km from Split.The apartment has a beautiful panoramic view on the city of Split and coastal islands of the Adriatic sea. It is 800 m away from the beach.I live in nearby city of Split so make sure you contact me a day before your arrival to avoid unnecessary waiting time.Check out my other apartments in the same complex :) :) :) The space The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Podstrana, near the beach.I would recommend arriving by car as the house is located near the top of a steep hill giving the apartment an amazing view over the sea and the islands. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to eight people. It has three bedrooms on the upper floor. One with a double bed(A/C),one with foldable sofa bed and one with two single beds(A/C).The living room also has a sofa bed for two people. The living and dining room is air conditioned and provides seating, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine and wireless Internet access are also available. You can enjoy a wonderful view over the area and the sea from the terrace with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a garden with plants and flowers, as well as a barbecue for house guests. Parking spaces are also available. The beach is just 800 metres away. Public transport runs every 20 minutes. You can enjoy a range of outdoor activities, such as jogging on the beach, cycling, walking, birdwatching. Tennis courts and golf courses are also available in Stobrec, a five-minute drive away. Other coastal towns such as Omis, Makarska, Trogir and Primosten are not far away. Split is ten kilometres away and from here you can visit the nearby islands of Hvar or Brac by boat or ferry. It is also recommended to go on a day trip to Dubrovnik or Medjugorje.
