On the ground floor: - 1 entrance - 1 dining room - 1 large fitted and equipped kitchen, with central island - 1 children's playroom with games/books for little ones (1 to 4 years old) - 1 living room with TV + desk area - 1 toilet (with child reducer) - 1 bathroom with double sink and bathtub - 1 bedroom with a large double bed Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a large double bed - 1 bedroom with a sofa bed + 1 90 x 190 children's cabin bed - 1 baby room with 1 crib - 1 large bathroom with shower (changing table and baby bath) - 1 toilet (with baby potty) - 1 barrier at the top of the stairs for children Garden (with sandpit, hut, large trampoline, swing and slide) Large south-facing terrace with electric awning, gas barbecue. No smoking in the house and pets not allowed. Guest access All but the basement, which will be closed. No washing machine.
