On the ground floor: - 1 entrance - 1 dining room - 1 large fitted and equipped kitchen, with central island - 1 children's playroom with games/books for little ones (1 to 4 years) -1 living room with TV + office area - 1 WC (with child reducer) - 1 bathroom with double sink and bathtub - 1 bedroom with a large double bed On the floor: 3 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a large double bed - 1 bedroom with a clack click + 1 cabin bed for children 90x190 - 1 baby bedroom with 1 barbed bed - 1 large bathroom with shower (changing table and baby bath) - 1 WC (with baby pot) - 1 barrier at the top of the staircase for children Garden (with sandbox, cabin, large trampoline, swing and slide) Big south-facing terrace with electric awning, gas barbecue. House "non-smoking" and pets not allowed. Guest access All except for the basement, which will be closed. No washing machine.
