A secluded wooden house with a balcony and garden area on the top of a small hill. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach Lots of cafes and restaurants in the local area 30km from Fukuoka airport and Hakata Port, 10km to Chikuzen-Maebaru Station The space Our house is situated on top of a small hill, surrounded by woodland, distanced from the neighbours. It has a views of the local mountains and is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The house is around 40 years old, made entirely from wood and has a lot of old charm and character. Please note, there are 55 steep steps to walk up to the property. The road leading to the car park is narrow. The entrance to the car park is tight and narrow and some people find it difficult, especially if you have a big car. It may be easier if you enter from the opposite direction. To do this, drive past the entrance and up the road to the last house on the right, where the Manager lives, turn around and drive back down. You can also do this when exiting the car park if you want. Additionally, you can park at the Managers house at the top of the road if you wish. Parking for extra cars is available there also. Guest access Whole house Other things to note Please understand that this is an old wooden house surrounded by the nature. Particularly in the summer you will see various insects outside and sometimes inside the house. Please don't book and then complain or write a bad review afterwards saying that you saw insects! The 5th sleeping space is a sofa bed which measures 1.75cm in length We supply BBQ charcoal at 500 yen per 3kg box. Use of BBQ is 1000 yen per stay. Due to Government regulations we are required to take the names, addresses, nationality, date of birth and occupation of ALL guests who stay and not just the person who made the booking. If you are not a resident of Japan then we are additionally required to take your passport number and a copy of your passport. This information must be sent within 7 days of booking. If you are due to arrive less then 7 days after booking then you must send the information immediately.
