Jio network works good.This 1bhk is on first floor.Has it's on Wi-Fi and has very good speed for work from home people. The space 1bhk apartment is fully furnished...Ac, Inverter, gas and cylinder, One double bed and one sofa cum bed in living room, 4 guest can easilly fit in this apartment. Other things to note Important Notes 1. Apartment is on the first floor with no lift. 2. Smoking is not allowed as a family with kids stays on the ground floor 3. Drinking alcohol allowed 4. Cleaning is two times in wk. 5. Only two wheeler parking is available, Car parking is open space. 6. On the ground floor there is a Goan family stay, who has some pets (Cats and 2 Dogs). However my apartments are on upper floors and they are on ground floor. 7. Check in is self with code number. 8. This days small construction work is going on at ground floor neighbour house so material is kept on ground floor. So the path towards our apartment has become narrow.
