Charentaise farmhouse, 7/8 people, located in the countryside on the route of hikers and cyclists, 20 min from Angoulême, 10 min from La Rochefoucauld, 1 hour from the sea, bordering Dordogne, route of the mills surrounded by many exciting sites to visit. The space The cottage and its billiards table. Quiet accommodation, not shared with a huge comfortable living space. 3 bedrooms with double bed upstairs (attention bed 130 in the 3rd bedroom) and a sofa bed in the living room. Beds made when guests arrive. A pool table in the living room, wifi, TV, fireplace in the dining room, fitted kitchen. A private courtyard and parking lot. Possibility to charge an electric car. A one hectare park with its 10mx5m outdoor pool adjoining the cottage accessible at times shared with the owners . Pool access hours: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Guest access In order to make your living conditions as pleasant as possible, and to ensure that hygiene and safety conditions are guaranteed for all, we ask that you carefully read these rules. Rental period This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your booking, determined in your rental agreement. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to claim any right to remain on the premises outside this period. Check-in and checkout Check-in times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m. Check-out time is scheduled for 10 a.m. The time spent cleaning must take place on the day of departure, before the deadline. Supplies provided This accommodation is rented with bedding (bed bases and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers. Sheets and other linens (bedding, towels, etc.) are provided. When you leave, please fold them on the bed to facilitate the cleaning included in your rental. Please provide black garbage bags, sponges, dish towels, dishwasher, laundry... Use of the premises All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heater. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper. Use only septic tank compatible products. Each access door to the accommodation is equipped with a lock. Make sure to close them thoroughly when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause. Safety and decorum guidelines Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In case of conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to evict customers causing the trouble. For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. in the morning. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Pets are allowed under certain conditions: 1) - no animals upstairs 2) - sociable with our two dogs and chickens In case of emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for the police). Household garbage Garbage cans are available to you. Please follow the sorting rules: yellow bags in yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; green bin for glass; compost for household waste and for all plant food; black bags in gray bin for all other waste. When you leave, please do not leave anything in garbage cans and clean them. If there is a problem In case of breakdown or malfunction, please let us know immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No refund for troubleshooting or repair can be considered without our agreement. In case of breakage, loss or damage please report it during your trip, even if no damage seems apparent. In case of loss or deterioration of the accommodation's components, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of the restoration or possible replacement (e.g. broken dishes or snag on the pool table mat) Other things to note INTERNAL RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA As part of the French regulations on the use of family pools open to guests, in order to avoid accidents that could affect children, and in order to allow pleasant use for all, here are the rules for using the pool: - The mere fact of using the pool commits the user to having accepted these rules. - The pool is accessible from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., except in cases of force majeure. Swimming at night is prohibited. - The pool is a family pool, its use is reserved only for members of the GUERRIER family and people staying at the Fonds Clairaux gîte. No surprise invitations from friends or family. - The owners remind you that the pool is not monitored. Any child not accompanied by an adult relative is not allowed access to the pool area. Minor children are under the care and supervision of their parents or caregivers. - The pool area is a place of tranquility and relaxation. It is forbidden to run by the pool, dive and heckle. Bulky items such as inflatable boats are prohibited. Users undertake to: _ To leave shoes on the grating. Pool access is barefoot only. - To use a regulatory swimsuit. - To apply sunscreen after bathing. - To tie their hair if it is long. - Not to bring food or drink. - Use their own bath towels (room towels are not intended for this purpose). - The garden furniture available around the pool is the responsibility of the users who must take precautions to keep it in good condition. Respecting these rules means: Applying the rules of community life and maintaining a good atmosphere around the pool. It is forbidden to swim at night. - The swimming pool being a family pool, its use is reserved only to the members of the GUERRIER family and to those staying in the gîte des Fonds Clairaux. No surprise invitations from friends or family members. - The owners remind you of the lack of monitoring of the pool. Any child not accompanied by a parent is not allowed to access the pool area. Minor children are under the care and supervision of their parents. - The pool area is a place of tranquility and relaxation. It is forbidden to run at the edge of the pool to dive and shout. Bulky objects such as inflatable boats are prohibited. Users commit themselves to: - To leave their shoes on the floor. Pool access is barefoot only. - To wear swim trunks. - To apply sunscreen after swimming. - To tie their hair if it is long. - Not to bring food or drink. - To use their own bath towels (the towels in the rooms are not intended for this purpose). - The garden furniture available around the pool is under the responsibility of users who must take precautions to keep it in good condition.
