Independent accommodation fully restored in 2020 consisting of 3 guest rooms in total on 2 floors of a family stone house whose ground floor is occupied by your host. The second floor that is offered to you is composed of a bedroom that can accommodate 2 guests with a separate bathroom and toilet. (possibility to rent 2 bedrooms or all 3). Access to a collective space with equipped kitchen and living room leading onto a terrace with panoramic views of the upper TARAVO valley. The space The guest house "Le Relais Des Cols" is a family house with character dating from the late 19th century & fully restored. It is located in the center of a typical village of the Corsican mountains. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a connected TV, a minibar fridge, a coffee maker that can accommodate coffee pods, tea, herbal tea, chocolate and milk, a hairdryer and bath towels and soap. Guest access *Arriving in the village, park in front of the house. * common entrance to the three bedrooms each with a code lock. * The private part of each room consists of the room with individual bathroom and toilet (separate). * Common areas in the three bedrooms are available free of charge: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, stove, fridge and freezer, but also a living room where you can browse the area's sightseeing guides and a furnished terrace. During your stay I am available to provide my guests with any useful information regarding their stay in the upper Taravo Valley Other things to note In the village of Cozzano, you will find: 2 grocery stores with hot breads and pastries (PROXI and SPAR), a gas station, many artisans including the famous traditional Corsican charcuterie artisans, but also a manufacturer of essential oils for cosmetics and a museum dedicated to the manufacture of Corsican charcuterie. Cozzano is classified as a SMARTVILLAGE. It has a digital immersion and innovation center and is equipped with a coworking space. There is also a post office with the possibility of withdrawing cash and restaurants. Soon you will also be able to find a swimming pool in addition to the city stadium and a beer bar.
