The space Located just 1 hour 10 minutes from Québec City and 2 hours 15 minutes from Montréal, Le Chaleureux welcomes you to a magnificent log chalet nestled on the banks of the Batiscan River, in an area renowned for its natural scenery, outdoor activities and peaceful atmosphere. The chalet can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people and combines an authentic rustic character with all modern amenities: dishwasher, washer-dryer, smart TV with Netflix, Crave, Disney+ and Bell TV, BBQ, and ultra-fast high-speed internet (1,000 Mbps), ideal for working from home, streaming and video calls. The private spa, open all year round, allows you to relax after a day of activities. The large private estate, bordered by the river, provides an ideal setting for relaxation, nature observation, and time spent with family or friends. You have access to a private jetty for swimming, and three watercraft are provided: 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and a dinghy, along with all the necessary life jackets. In winter, snowshoes are available for you to explore the snowy surroundings. The popular network of mountain bike and snowmobile trails in the area is directly accessible from the chalet, making it an ideal base for exploring the varied landscapes of Lac‑aux‑Sables. Other things to note The pontoons are installed as soon as the water level allows. As a general rule, they are put up on the Monday of Victoria Day and taken down on the Monday of Thanksgiving.
