'Romina's Sweet Place' - Beachfront Apartment Apt2

'Romina's Sweet Place' is a newly renovated beachfront apartment. Being situated in front of Kryoneri beach and at the same time just 8 mins away on foot from the main square and the best bars & restaurants of Zante town, it is an ideal option for those who want to spend some relaxing moments by the beach while being within walking distance to the bets spots of Zante town. The space Our apartment is consisted of 1 bedroom, a spacious living room & kitchen area and one bathroom. Beds arrangement: 1st bedroom: two single beds (which can be easily turned into a normal king size double bed with an extra top mattress) Living room: one single sofa bed and a single folding guest bed Guest access It is equipped with: • High-speed Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Smart TV with Netflix • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Washing machine • Dishwasher • Nespresso coffee machine • Fresh bed linen and towels Just opposite to the apartment & in front of the beach there is a very nice cafe bar/restaurant which serves food throughout the day (it's usually open from the end of May until the end of September). Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time policy: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if there is a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by 1-2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
