The space Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, drink your coffee with the focal point on the changing sunrise while sitting at a large table with 4 chairs on a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Walk to the beach all day long back and forth. So convenient and no need to drive to the beach. Just steps away to the crystal-clear pebble beach where you will be mesmerized by the sound of the waves hitting the pebbles on the beach. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and an OPEN AREA SPACE that offers an extra single bed and a sofa that could be used as a single bed. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with lots of windows with shutters and a double glass door with automatic shutters that open to your very extra-large veranda. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Its balcony connects around with countryside and sea views worthwhile to see. This bedroom has automatic shutters also. In the bathroom you can take either a shower or sit in the tub. The ground floor offers an efficient kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and all the kitchenware that is needed for your stay. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you will be able to enjoy the sea view and watch TV or sit at the dining table. Air-conditioning units are in each room in the house to make your stay comfortable. Near the stairs, you have a washing machine and ironing board. Additionally, this space has a fireplace in the living room with a comfortable sofa and WIFI and TV. What is special about KELLY’S BEACH HOUSE 2? There is ANOTHER OPEN SPACE outside with an outdoor wood-burning oven, sink and built in grill for cooking out and having a party! Additionally, you will have covered parking for your car. Gennadi Village is about 1 km away and so is picturesque Kiotari beach lined with taverns along the beachfront. The magnificent Lindos is only about a 20 minute drive.
