Please read the entire listing & house rules to ensure this is the right stay for you! ** The space • This is a PRIVATE ROOM in a shared, beautiful spacious Californian 5 bedroom house. The house features: *Coastal themed decors with a personal touch of our family's lifestyles *Warm and welcoming host and co-hosts *Walk to South Coast Plaza, The Camp, Orange Coast College, OC Fair *5 miles (10 minutes) from Newport Beach *7 miles (15 minutes) from Huntington Beach *9 miles (20 minutes) from Disneyland *Minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. This room is perfect for cheerful guests on a budget who are traveling by themselves, with friends or family, and are considerate of others! The guests will appreciate a home environment with the hosts and other guests. You will be sharing with my family of 4 (husband, wife, 13 and 11 years old boys who at times can be messy:-). Here’s what you will be getting: • Self-check-in keypad lock for front door and instructions to the room and house amenities if the hosts are not on-site at the time of check-in. • Spacious and bright bedroom with clean & heat sanitized top-quality cotton sheets, towels, and bedding. Extra bedding and pillows are available upon request. • Queen sized bed with top quality medium-firm orthopedic spring mattress with mattress protector, and upon request, we can provide 1 twin foldable bed. • Two shared bathrooms, one with a single sink and one with a double vanity sink. We provide a room lock & key for your peace of mind. • Our bathrooms have all the necessities; shower, sink, and toilet. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. • Full closet to hang your clothes + more hangers available upon request • Flat-screen Smart TV with ROKU (online streaming direct to your TV). We offer free Netflix. • Self-serve coffee and tea available in the kitchen. Cups, coffee, and tea supplies are available in the cupboard directly above the coffee machine. • Use of kitchen amenities to prepare food as long as the guests clean up after themselves. • Storage in fridge, freezer, and kitchen cupboard in the kitchen. • Parking spot available on the street in front of the house. No parking permit is required and no parking time restrictions apply. Please don't park in our driveway as we need this access for our vehicles and guests' RV parking booking. • Laundry services are available for $5 per wash load and $5 for dryer load. You can choose to hang your clothes outside in the sun for FREE :-) We can wash + dry your clothes for you for $20 per load. • The house is deep cleaned by a professional cleaner twice a month. • Air conditioning & heating are controlled by your hosts. A/C and heating are typically turned off unless the hosts feel it's necessary to turn it on. The weather is mild all year round since we live near the ocean and our house is well insulated. Quiet Cool System will be turned in the afternoon on hot days to bring cool air from outside. The bedroom has a powerful and quiet ceiling fan system that can regulate the room temperature quickly. • Due to allergy, no pet is allowed inside the property. Pet is allowed for campsite and RV parking listings, please inquire within. Our room is simple yet cozy, comfortable, and cost-effective. Guest access Guests will have access to all other amenities in the house. Parking is plentiful on the street in front of the house. There are several buses nearby to the beaches, Disneyland and South Coast Plaza. • ALSO PLEASE NOTE: *** The maximum number of guests allowed is 3 people, and it must be the ones you've mentioned who will be coming to stay at my home. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS without prior permission. Any unregistered guests seen on the property will be charged a minimum fee of $50 per person per night, and possibly result in eviction. This is for your safety as well as for our other guests. No parties, drugs, illegal activity, loud music, events, or outside guests are allowed. For your safety, we have video surveillance outside at the front door, driveway, garage, front garden, side of the house, back yard, living areas, and kitchen to ensure you and our family are safe during your stay. Those who do not follow the house rules will be reported to Airbnb for an extra charge out of your deposit or eviction with no refund. Thank you & we look forward to hosting you. Other things to note Guests must acknowledge they are booking a private room with shared bathrooms, and they understand the listing does not include the entire home. Guests also must acknowledge that they will/ may be sharing the house communal areas with our family and other guests. Guests' estimated time of arrival (ETA) is to be provided to the host before arriving, especially after 11 pm for further arrangement. Late cancellation may result in forfeiting your prepaid fee. CHECK-IN: 5 pm or anytime after. CHECK-OUT: 11 am or anytime before. We offer early check-ins for a $25 extra fee and late check out for $25 upon availability. Please read house rules for details. For your safety & others' please read: We require all of our guests to have completed their verifications including uploading their government ID. You may not book on behalf of another person. Please call Airbnb if you don’t know how to do so. You must have ID, email, selfie & phone number verified. Please do not inquire until you have completed all of these. For your safety & others' staying here, we may ask that you send us a photo of your government ID via Airbnb for confirmation, as well as for ID for everyone who is coming with you. If you are uncomfortable doing so, we kindly suggest booking at a different Airbnb. Failure to read and understand our rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
