Stone house in Périgord located between Belvès and Sarlat. The private terrace and access to the house's swimming pool will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The accommodation is in 2 parts: - The house with the living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a bathroom. - opposite, on the other side of the outdoor courtyard, an outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, one very large (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and the other with a double bed and a bathroom for both. The space The place is very quiet, nature lovers and old stone lovers will appreciate it. The large swimming pool allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Guest access The vast 12,000 m2 wooded plot, swimming pool, private terrace, BBQ area are accessible (among others) Other things to note Our house is on the estate but separate and independent from the gite. there is only one group of guests at a time. the pool is private, we (Oriane and I) sometimes go there on weekends. we like to share a drink with guests who also want to during their stay. this often allows us to share good places to visit!
