Windermere Estate A beautiful architecturally designed home located on a working cattle property on the Hunter River, at Windermere. Located in close proximity to the famous Hunter Vineyards (Pokolbin), and all they have to offer in the way of wine, food and concerts. The home offers unspoilt vistas of a rural setting from multiple living areas that captures light from all angles, seamlessly flowing to outdoor areas, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The space A putting green / sand bunker and golf clubs are available for use. Table tennis is available for use. Guest access A porta cot and high chair are available for use if required, please request at booking. Other things to note Currently the property and wider Hunter Valley is in drought, we ask that guests are mindful of the drought and conserve water while staying at the property by minimising the length of showers and depth of baths taken.
