You have 3 bright bedrooms with air conditioning, and the garden. Your car is parked in the enclosed property. Close to the city center (Marques Avenue), the historic center, the Shoe Museum, the banks of the Isère. Close to A7/A49. Tourist region. On request, French breakfast service, hearty on the terrace or in the veranda at €7.00/pers. Table d'hôte (4 pers minimum) to be booked, some days. Possibility of a room to cook in addition (see below). Pets not allowed The space For 6 people: 3 separate bedrooms with central landing (one 160 cm bed, one double bed and 2 bunk beds). Refurbished rooms, impeccable bedding, beds made upon arrival, personalized decoration. Private bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Baby cot available on request (€6 fee if exceeding the sleeping capacity of the rooms) Large shower towels provided. Direct access to upstairs bedrooms, Wi-Fi and 1 TV You will only meet the owners on the staircase leading to the outside. (1 half-landing of 10 steps) Children's games and library available to all. Documentation about Romans and the region. Guest access We live on the ground floor, the floor is reserved for you. So you're totally independent. You can enjoy the flowered and wooded garden with its deckchairs, hammock and a table with chairs. There is no provision for eating in the rooms (no table, no chairs for this purpose). In fine weather, if you want to prepare simple meals, you can, on request, have access to a recently furnished, unheated outbuilding on the property, a few meters from the main house. 17 m² room, equipped with holiday kitchen essentials, fridge, induction stove, microwave, table and chairs for 8 people, sofa. We rent this room for an extra €20 per day. (Day 1 and day 2 is €40 then offered from day 3 to 7).
