Our Grey 2018 VW T6 Transporter named Grizedale is the perfect campervan for exploring the Lake District and beyond. Comfortable and easy to drive on both country roads and motorways, it sleeps up to four adults with a pull-out double bed and pop-top roof bed. The pop-top also provides extra headroom for cooking and relaxing. Beautifully converted, the van includes a fridge, gas hob, sink, dining table and electric hook-up, giving you everything needed for your next adventure. The booking price includes one driver; additional drivers are £10 per trip. All drivers must provide a valid driving licence, DVLA check code and proof of address before hire. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must receive confirmation and proof of insurance from our team before driving the campervan. ⛽ Please return the van with the same fuel level as when collected. 🛏️ Bedding is not provided. Please bring your own sheets, duvet, pillows or sleeping bags. 🔧 RAC roadside assistance and recovery are included throughout the UK. 🌍 European travel may be possible by prior arrangement. Additional insurance and breakdown cover may be required. 🐾 Well-behaved pets are welcome (£20 per pet, subject to approval). 🚲 Bike rack hire available for £20 per day. 🅿️ Free parking is available for your vehicle while you're away in the campervan. Please let us know when booking if you'd like to use this. 📍 Collection is from Kendal, close to Junction 36 of the M6. Exact details will be provided after booking. 📅 Minimum hire is 2 nights. Other things to note 🚗 Driver Requirements To be covered by our insurance, drivers must: ✅ Be aged 23-75 ✅ Have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years ✅ Provide a copy of their driving licence and 2 proofs of address (matching the licence address) before collection ✅ Have no more than 6 penalty points (maximum of two minor offences) ✅ Have had no more than one fault or non-fault claim in the last 5 years 🌍 International Drivers Our insurance can cover drivers holding full licences from the UK and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Andorra, Iceland, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland. ⚠️ Please note: We cannot release the campervan until all required documents have been received and insurance approval has been confirmed.
