Room with large window in a shared apartment located on the fourth floor with elevator of an elegant building, ideal for enjoying a great stay in Bari, it will make you feel at home :). The room is located in an apartment consisting of 6 private rooms in total plus common areas shared with other guests, namely: 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom on the balcony, an equipped kitchen and a balcony for laundry use plus a relaxation corner with a sofa and a low table at the entrance. The space Apartment with 6 bedrooms in total with 2 shared full bathrooms, 1 shared half bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has all the necessary amenities, including: - 2 Refrigerators - Washing machine - Oven - pots, cutlery, etc. You will find the WIFI information on the bulletin board at the entrance. Guest access The entrance, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared, so they are accessible to all guests. During your stay We do not live in the apartment, but you can contact us via chat and we will be happy to answer you. Other things to note Possible presence of other guests. Breakfast is not provided in the cost of the accommodation. Please ask us if you need extra bedding and towels as they have a separate cost of only €10.00 for the sheets and €10.00 for a set of 3 towels (one for the shower, one for the face and one for the hands). The cost is valid for the entire stay and payment can be made directly at check-in. N.B. There is a possibility that the other rooms (some or all) are occupied by tenants for periods longer than 30 nights (esp. erasmus students). N.B. The self check-in mode involves taking the keys from a small box in Via Dante 229, a different address from that of the accommodation that is located in Via Dieta di Bari 36/G, fourth floor. N.B. for stays longer than 30 nights, you must pay an administrative fee (only once) of €450, which includes: - Italian contract registration fee with the Revenue Agency to validate it by law; -Document required to validate the contract; - Weekly cleaning in common areas; - Waste disposal tax; -Canone RAI; -Final cleaning of the room; -Assistance. In addition, for stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit of €700.00 must also be paid, which will be returned at the end of the stay net of expenses and/or after checking for damage caused to the property.
