The space The Villa has 3 double bedrooms in the main house and one double bedroom in the annex or bedroom #4 suite. One bedroom in the main house has 2 single beds, the others all have double beds. The property is fully fenced and gated, and is about one acre in size. Guest access Your group have exclusive access to: Main house; annex or bedroom #4 suite; BBQ area, including service lobby and toilet; gardens; terraces and pool. Access is not recommended in: orchards below BBQ area. Access is not allowed in: Garage; Pool machine room basement; Technical wardrobe of annex and inside the turtle enclosure or fish pond. Other things to note Staff need to access fish pond and turtle enclosure daily between 20:00 and 21:30, also pool area on Mondays in daylight hours, for about 60 minutes for pool cleaning and maintenance. Staff must also be given access to the entire property, including indoors areas, at any time after 10am on checkout day. All staff access will be carried out with maximum respect for guests' privacy.
