The Waterfront is a newly renovated (November 2019) 5 storey accommodation overlooking the Malacca River. The Waterfront is situated in the heart of Kampung Hulu, which is now an up and coming area for tourism, located next to the popular, Jonker Street with the oldest mosque in Malacca (among the oldest in the country) situated directly opposite. Kampung Hulu is home to new restaurants, cafes, street food, and bars lined up along the river. The space Our spacious Living and Dining areas and a large balcony with a captivating view of the Malacca river are the perfect complement for a relaxing getaway in Malacca.   The accommodation has three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate approximately 9 guests. We also provided sofa beds, which can allow for another 1 or 2 guests.   Facilities Provided: 1. 2,856 Sq ft. 2. Living room with TV and streaming box. 3. Dry kitchen 4. Dining table 5. Balcony with table, chairs and the famous Malacca river views 6. Hairdryer in all toilet facilities   The accommodation is a self-service system. There is no front desk provided for additional services, however, we have a notice board in the lobby with current activities in the area, as well as a small guide of recommended local attractions in Malacca. 5-minute walk to Jonker Street, Goldsmith Street, Temple Street (also called Street of Harmony in Malacca), Bean Curd Street, Steel Beating Street and more charming heritage attractions. We are just 5 minutes walking distance away from Jonker Street and 10 minutes walking to the UNESCO Heritage Zone of Melaka, the most convenient way to explore the vibrant historical city of Melaka. Just park your car in the designated parking zone and you can walk and enjoy the Malacca historical trail. Street Parking is available however there are no reservations. Surrounding our building, we have approximately 50+ parking spaces. We encourage our guests to arrive earlier in Malacca town as you will be staying in the middle of the tourist hotspot (especially during weekends).
