Our vacation home is right in the heart of downtown Clearlake. Everything is within walking distance—restaurants, grocery stores, shops, the park, and the boat launch. The backyard features a huge gazebo, fire pit, and a private dock with electricity and fresh water. Inside, the home is fully smart-controlled with automated curtains, lighting, fans, and music. It’s a great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. The space This is a comfortable and beautiful lakefront home with its own private dock and pier. The house sits on a large grassy lakefront lot with fruit trees planted around the yard. You’re walking distance to stores, restaurants, and parks. It’s fully equipped with a washer/dryer, an induction cooktop, and a large charcoal BBQ. You can boat or fish right off the pier. The back deck is covered and has patio furniture with small hanging lights that give off a soft, warm glow in the evening as you relax and take in the lake views and peaceful surroundings. Inside, the living room and master bedroom both have smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon. The living room also has internet TV with access to just about every channel you can think of. The two sofas have built-in recliners and are very comfortable—even for sleeping. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a tub and shower. The guest room has a bunk bed with three beds and a ceiling fan. You’ll never run out of hot water—there’s an instant hot water system. The yard is fully fenced, which is great if you’re bringing pets, but small animals may be able to slip through a few spots, so keep an eye on them. You’ll have the entire home to yourself, except for two locked sheds that store gardening and boating gear. At the end of the pier, there’s running water, electricity, lights, and a small seating area with four chairs and a table for hanging out by the lake. The home has a monitored alarm system that you’re welcome to use, whether you're heading out for the day or settling in at night. If you bring pets, we just ask that you cover any furniture they’ll be on with a sheet. The house is 100% electric, and we’ve recently installed solar panels—so the power is completely covered by solar. You can stay here knowing your footprint is zero and your energy use is 100% green. Guest access The entire house. You have a giant grass back yard, gazebo with lights and extra large fan to help keep you cool. Fresh water and power on the gazebo and at the end of the dock. Perfect for boaters and fisherman. Other things to note whether you're heading out for the day or staying in at night. It’s also a smart home—most of the lights and fans can be controlled by voice. You can even turn on the porch and dock lights just by asking. The house runs entirely on electricity—no gas—and it’s powered 100% by solar panels. They generate more than enough energy to cover all usage, with extra to spare. The internet is fast, and all the TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, and just about every channel you could want.
