The space The house (5th floor penthouse) is accessed directly by elevator or by walking up the stairs (from the 4th floor). You have air conditioning in the dining room and in both bedrooms. In the kitchen you can make the right meals, you have everything you need (freezer, refrigerator, glass ceramic, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker...) The dining room is spacious with 75" SmartTv, WIFI, computer, printer and sound equipment, surrounded by glass doors and therefore with great brightness. One room is inside and the other leads to the terrace. You have enough closets and bedding to spend a short stay without having to wash. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a hairdryer and a washer-dryer. You have towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and shower gel. We recommend that you bring your own shampoo. As a curiosity, the house is located on Carrer de la Llotja, which owes this name to the fact that the Llotja building (the place where the city's commercial transactions were made) was located in this place.
