Two of the downstairs bedrooms consist of a double bed with the third comprising two single bunks and a trundle mattress. The double bedrooms have ceiling fans, and each bunk has an individual fan. The bathroom consists of a corner bath/shower, vanity and separate toilet, perfect for a houseful of guests. The living area is a modern yet comfortable and social space, with reverse cycle air conditioning and a combustion fireplace for the cooler months. Walking up the raw edge timber staircase you get the feeling you might be heading somewhere special.
