Knysna Heads Guest Studio is a beautifully appointed, comfortable, cozy (20 square metres) studio apartment with kitchenette and bathroom The studio is located on the ground floor of our property. Guests also have the use of a compact, sunny patio which adjoins the studio. The studio does not have a view of its own but if you would like to enjoy the beautiful lagoon views and spectacular sunsets from higher up on the property, there is a swimming pool area and a lapa (gazebo) available to you. The space We have uninterrupted power as we have a battery backup system. There is a comfortable queen size bed with crispy white linen ensures a good night's sleep. There is a well equipped kitchenette, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. Take a stroll up to the gazebo and enjoy the beautiful ponds and gardens teeming with birds. Watch the spectacular Knysna sunset while enjoying a sundowner in the evening, and marvel at the twinkling lights of Knysna, or simply relax in the sunshine on a comfortable lounger at the pool deck. Let the pace of life slow down as you unwind in this tranquil and magical place. The suite is located on the bottom level of the property which means it does not have views of its own. However guests are free throughout their stay to use the swimming pool deck and patio and garden gazebo from which there are beautiful views of the lagoon and the mountains beyond.. The property is situated in a quiet area of The Heads, in a cul-de-sac, and has a private entrance and secure parking. There is a laundry for guest use. This suite is the perfect getaway for a couple and ideal for business travellers. Guest access Pool, gazebo and barbecue area, gardens, adjacent laundry room. During your stay Your attentive and welcoming hosts, Peter and Cheryl are always available, if guests require, to ensure your stay is memorable and peaceful. Our four friendly dogs will welcome you. Please note there is also a cat on the property but she mostly stays indoors. Other things to note There is no view from the studio itself as it is located on the ground floor of the property. However there are spectacular views of the estuary from the pool deck, which is one level up and also from the boma (gazebo) which entails climbing several flights of stairs and walking up a wooden boardwalk. We offer couples or single massages, by appointment only, with James Andrew Sohn, on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons, until 6pm, or alternatively after dinner massages. James offers Swedish Massage Therapy and is a Reiki Master. Reiki is the wonderful technique of the ancient art of Japanese non invasive stress relief. James did his Swedish holistic masseur qualification with The Beauty and Therapy Institute. The studio is based in Estuary Heights Estate, off Welbedacht Lane, 20 minutes from The Heads.
