Tenant or tenants prefer to rent the room on a daily, monthly and weekly basis. If the tenant also chooses to use other rooms and properties of the house, they also have to pay an additional fee. 03) Our guests(tenant-tenants), can use the bathroom. They can prepare the food in the kitchen.These are free for our guests(tenant or tenants). 04) Our guests(Tenant-Tenants) must be a moral responsibility in Turkey. If our guest(tenant or tenants) rent our home with this position and if Turkish police or interpol catch our guest in Turkey . Houseowner should not to interfere these events. 07) Our guests(Tenant-tenants) must keep their goods or belongings constantly. If their property is lost, the person renting(houseowner) is not responsible for the missing person’s goods or belongings. The Tenant-Tenants can not use the houseowner’s goods and property. The house owner also can not use the property and goods of the his/her guests( Tenant and tenants) 08) It is forbidden to disturb neighbors and the whole environment. The owner of the house must also stand properly. 09) It is forbidden to make noise and loud noise at home and around. 10) If our guests(tenant or tenants) have any psychological diseases , nervous diseases and mental illness do not rent this home. 11) Our guests(Tenant-Tenants) should be good to all people in the home and Turkey.our guests(tenant or tenants) can not attack anyone in Turkey. Our guests(tenant and tenants) are also prohibited from making any kind of attacks in home and Turkey. These rules are also avialable for the houseowner.Except self defence 12) If our guest(tenant - tenants) make any incidents on the streets or in any place of the Turkey ,they accept to stand trial with Turkish Republic’s of laws and international court laws.The houseowner never support the their guests(tenant or tenants) with this position. 13) Our guests should lock their doors when they are going to sleep. 14) If guests(tenant and tenants) have any hard infectious diseases then they shouldnt rent the house.If our guests(tenant or tenants) die because of their own structure in Turkey ,the houseowner not responsible fort his event but the houseowner should call the ambulance,police and his/her consulate’s consul . 15) Our guests have his / her own responsibility in all the events he / she has done individually.
